Affordable Senior Housing

Smile, and know you are home. At Episcopal Senior Communities, we strive to be a home for everyone, which is why in addition to our Continuing Care Retirement Communities we operate four communities financed by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These communities aim to make homes for low-income or disabled Northern California seniors (age 62 and older) by providing affordable accommodations, social activities, basic in-home care, and other resources. In keeping with the belief that our affordable housing should be made available to those with the littlest economic means, we give preference to very low-income applicants. Home should be yours. And we work to make it so every day.
