About our services:
Episcopal Senior Communities’ community services and programs improve the lives of more than 12,000 low-income and isolated seniors each year in programs and services from Monterey to Sonoma Counties.
These programs include:
Senior Resource Directors ~ Providing supportive services in seven counties to the most frail elderly. Services include information and referrals, safety net funding (for rent, food, utilities, prescription medications, and other urgent needs), healthy meals, transportation, and health & wellness support. Follow Senior Resources on Facebook. Contact information for Senior Resource Directors can be found here.
Emergency safety net funding is supported in part by the SCAN Health Plan, the Community Foundation of Sonoma County, Sonoma County Wine Country Weekend and the Community Foundation for Monterey County.
Senior Center Without Walls ~ Addresses the physical and emotional isolation of frail, homebound seniors by providing more than 60 weekly activities, classes, and support groups through free telephone conference calls. Follow SCWW on Facebook.
