Episcopal Senior Communities is a leader in senior housing and services. Since 1965, ESC has built, opened and operated five premier retirement communities in northern California and sponsors three affordable housing communities, with a fourth under construction.

The premier retirement communities offered by Episcopal Senior Communities are designed for qualified seniors who live without assistance, have met certain financial qualifications and are in good health for their age. In these communities a resident can choose a full Life Care contract (although not currently offered at Los Gatos Meadows). For those choosing a Life Care contract, as a prerequisite for admission, each resident is required to be enrolled in, and maintain Medicare Parts A and B.

Community life offers many rewards to those who choose this lifestyle. Residents who live in the community are always eager to share their experiences and the benefits of being a member of the community. We encourage prospective residents to consider and remember that being part of a community often requires adjustments and adaptations; each resident, over time, must manage their own expectations and understand that in a community setting, decisions are not always unanimous and congregate living may not be the right fit for everyone.
