ESC’s newest community, Jennings Court, is now open. This newly
constructed, affordable senior rental housing community has 55
apartments and includes a manager in residence. The community will be
home to more than 60 senior residents, age 62 and over, most of whom
will have relocated from the greater Santa Rosa area.
Jennings Court features appealing apartment designs with most opening to
a lovely, large central courtyard. The courtyard features a beautiful
fountain, donated by residents of the Spring Lake Village community, an
Episcopal Senior Communities continuing care retirement community
located at 5555 Montgomery Drive in Santa Rosa. The community will
provide security and convenience for residents with a 24-hour emergency
call system and organized social events.
