Lytton Gardens is an integral member of the Palo Alto community; it was established in 1970 to serve older adults in the area. Lytton Gardens has been supported by the community with many local leaders serving on its Board over the years. Lytton Gardens operates facilities in downtown Palo Alto serving 380 seniors living independently, 52 residents in assisted living facilities and a maximum of 145 in the skilled nursing facility.
