In addition to the five Life Care retirement communities, Episcopal Senior Communities also sponsors and manages two senior housing complexes for very low-income individuals, 62 years of age and older. We are also under construction with a new property in Santa Rosa.

Oak Center Towers, in West Oakland, is financed under section 236 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The 11-story building opened in 1974 and has 195 apartments.

Presidio Gate Apartments, located adjacent to the Presidio in San Francisco, is financed under section 202 of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. Opened in 1985, the four-story facility has 55 apartments.

Jennings Court, our newest property, is located in Santa Rosa and has begun construction. The facility will open in Spring 2008.

While affiliated with the Episcopal Church, Episcopal Senior Communities is a separate corporation and as such is responsible for its own financial and contractual obligations.
