Spring Lake Village
is located east of Highway 101 in the heart of the Sonoma County wine
country. It’s ideally situated to take advantage of the natural beauty
and the urban amenities of this popular recreation area. Nestled on 30
acres of secluded lawns and gardens, our community is a short drive to
world-class wineries, redwood forests, the Pacific Ocean, and the
extensive offerings of the San Francisco Bay Area. We are next to
5000-acre Regional Park, which includes a swimming beach fed by warm
springs and activities such as hiking, boating and bird watching.
Spring Lake Village’s campus style design offers a choice of cottages and apartments for independent living, personal care units, and beds in the nursing center. Spring Lake Village is intended for qualified seniors 65 years or better who live without assistance, have met certain financial qualifications and are in good health for their age. As a prerequisite for admission, each resident is required to be enrolled in, and maintain Medicare Parts A and B. Spring Lake Village accepts members of Kaiser Permanente.
