We are ideally situated to take advantage of the natural beauty and the urban appeal of this thriving city. Both aspects captivated Jack London, and his legacy is celebrated in nearby Jack London Square on Oakland’s spectacular waterfront. As a resident of St. Paul’s Towers, you’ll enjoy a retirement lifestyle filled with opportunities—for recreation, travel, education, volunteering, and time with family and friends. St. Paul’s Towers is intended for qualified seniors 65 years or better who live without assistance, have met certain financial qualifications and are in good health for their age. As a prerequisite for admission, each resident is required to be enrolled in, and maintain Medicare Parts A and B. The exceptional location of St. Paul’s Towers brings residents close to
the best the Bay Area has to offer. The close proximity of the Bay Area Rapid
Transit (BART) system makes the whole Bay Area easily accessible. Oakland
International Airport is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy for those who
like to travel and receive visitors from afar. In addition, San Francisco and
Berkeley are easily accessed by car or public transportation. We’re also a short
drive to the Pacific Ocean and the many other scenic offerings of the Bay Area.
The East Bay is renowned for its weather, livability, and appealing quality of
