Services include information and referrals, safety net funding (for rent, food, utilities, prescription medications, and other urgent needs), healthy meals, transportation, and health & wellness support. Emergency safety net funding is supported in part by the SCAN Health Plan, the Community Foundation of Sonoma County, Sonoma County Wine Country Weekend and the Community Foundation for Monterey County.
