Welcome to our Health Center
For over 30 years, our Health Center has provided the highest standard of on-site care. The Health Center provides a complete therapeutic program designed to regain and maintain optimal health. We offer 24-hour skilled nursing and supportive care for patients with a wide variety of needs, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term nursing support, all supervised by our Medical Director.
Our 145-bed facility offers units for higher medical acuity care, memory care and long-term nursing in private or double occupancy rooms. This capacity ensures we are small enough to help each patient achieve his or her maximum potential, yet large enough to provide top quality skilled nursing care. We accept admissions seven days per week and are happy to work with you and your family to ensure a timely hospital discharge.
We offer a range of services and amenities to address patients’ advanced medical, social and personal care needs. Our areas of focus include wound care, hospice care, intravenous therapy and our rehabilitation program. We also provide physical, occupational and speech therapies seven days per week.
Dr. Marina Martin is the medical director for the Webster House Health Center. In 2012 she joined the Geriatric Medicine faculty at Stanford as a primary care physician in the newly-formed Stanford Senior Care Clinic. In 2014, she became medical director of the clinic, and in 2015 became the first Section Chief of Stanford’s new section of Geriatric Medicine in the School of Medicine. Dr. Martin’s clinical practice currently consists of post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care at Webster House Health Center.
We welcome your personal attending physician should he or she wish to oversee your care here. When this is not possible, a physician from our physician group will be pleased to oversee your care while you are a patient in our center.
Come see why we are the perfect choice for providing the level of service and care each individual deserves.
